Casa Mediterraneo Hotel is seeking a professional and dynamic Bartender to run our bar while also supporting breakfast service and guest welcome. This is a unique, hands-on position ideal for a motivated individual who thrives working independently, enjoys variety, and wants to make a visible impact in a boutique hotel setting.

Main Responsibilities (Primary Role - Bartender)

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Manage bar operations independently - including stock control and ordering of alcohol and soft drinks.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Promote the bar and its offerings to guests and across the island.
• Report directly to the Hotel Manager, with autonomy to run the bar as your own domain.
