Bartender

Position Summary

We are looking for bartenders who are true professionals who understand multitasking, fine dining, and how to care for our guests. They have a high understanding of spirits, cocktails, and guest relations and can guide our guests through all aspects of our service cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Responsible for greeting guests at the bar and guiding them through the ordering process.

· Be able to input all beverage and food orders in the POS correctly.

· Have a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant’s menu, including a detailed understanding of the menu structure and pricing, ingredients, origins, suppliers, seasonality, flavor and texture, allergy restrictions, preparation methods and limitations, presentation, history, and culture of food and dishes.
