Bartender

As a Beer Hall Bartender, your primary responsibility is to ensure the bar is well-stocked and to serve our award-winning beer in line with CBC standards. You'll be reporting to the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and while you won't have direct reports, your role is integral to the smooth operation of our Front of House (FOH) team. Bartending:

• Serve our beer with a positive attitude while pouring with precision.
• Ensure each beer is presented with high quality and attention to detail, including proper glassware and garnishes where applicable.
• Complete all opening and closing checklists, prep tasks, and ensure bar equipment is in proper working order.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards at your station, including glassware, utensils, and bar surfaces.
