Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Prepare and craft a diverse range of drinks, from artisanal coffee to innovative cocktails
- Adhere to eco-friendly and luxury standards
- Encourage creativity with an emphasis on wellness and seasonality
- Maintain quality control behind the bar
- Monitor and manage inventory
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment alongside team members
About You
The company is looking for:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a barista; knowledge of detox juice or smoothie preparation is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
