Job Description

ElCielo is a rooftop bar and restaurant located in Barcelona, offering Mediterranean views and a mix of elegance and irreverence. We are seeking a Barman / Camarero(a) to join our fully renovated outlet, reporting to the F&B; Supervisor/Bary and the F&B; Manager. The role focuses on providing high‑quality service, anticipating client needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, actively engaging with customers: answer questions, recommend, and share knowledge about our drinks and cocktails.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks following recipes and standards, always ensuring presentation and quality.
• Identify and anticipate needs to guarantee customer comfort and satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bar products and promotions.
• Ensure proper bar operations: cleaning, organization, restocking, and mise en place.
