Barman

Luxury Game Lodge in Mnambithi, KZN is looking for a Barman.

Duties:
 
Prepare and serve alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages to guests
Maintain a clean, organised, and well stocked Bar
Take and process orders efficiently and accurately
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle guest / staff bar bills on POS system
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
 
Requirements:
Previous experience in bartending in a hotel, bar, Lodge or restaurant setting
Knowledge of Cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Ability to work as a waiter/butler when needed
Professional, reliable and team orientated – Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
