Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve espresso‑based coffee, specialty brews, and other beverages to a consistent quality standard.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure timely and efficient beverage service during peak operating hours.
- Carry out daily opening and closing procedures for the beverage station.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and hygienic beverage preparation area.
- Deliver attentive, friendly customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
- Participate in the development of CBB's specialty coffee and beverage menu.
- Contribute to recipe standardisation, seasonal drink trials, and High Tea beverage pairings.
- Monitor ingredient usage and wastage, recommending cost‑saving initiatives.
