Barista

We’re looking for a Barista to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

• Makes all coffee, drinks and food to standards – adheres to recipe specifications, Barista Workbook and food skills
• Recognizes every ingredient and can make every recipe
• Follows recipe cards to standards
• Ensures speed and quality of service standards are always maintained
• Works efficiently to prepare orders and delivers to standard to every order
• Labels and stores products correctly and in the right conditions
• FIFO - displays older food first. Rotates stock so food and drinks are always fresh
