About the role
Coffee Concrete is hiring a barista who’s fast, consistent, and hospitality-driven. You’ll dial in espresso, steam milk to spec, build drinks accurately, keep the bar spotless, and coordinate with a small kitchen during rushes.



What you’ll do

• Pull consistent espresso shots; adjust grind/dose/yield per recipe


• Steam milk with proper texture/temperature; basic latte art a plus


• Build hot/iced/seasonal beverages quickly and accurately


• Manage order flow, POS, cash handling, and guest hand-off with urgency


• Prep: batch brew, syrups, juices, garnishes; label and rotate (FIFO)


• Maintain immaculate bar, fridges, and dish area; follow open/close checklists
