Role Overview
The Barback supports bar operations by ensuring bartenders have the tools, stock, and setup required to deliver fast and efficient service. This role is essential to maintaining bar flow, cleanliness, and service readiness during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Support & Preparation
Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
Ensure bar areas are fully prepared before service
Support bartenders during peak periods to maintain service speed
Cleanliness & Organisation
Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar
Wash, polish, and restock glassware as required
