Bar Service Lead & Guest Experience Champion

The-Food- in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a Section Head (Supervisor) to lead a designated Bar service area during busy service periods. You will ensure smooth section flow, high service standards and strong guest engagement, acting as the first line of leadership for the service team.

Responsibilities include coordinating bar flow, supervising waiters, bartenders and runners, providing real-time coaching, and supporting onboarding.
