Bar Service Captain: Quality & Guest Experience

The Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore seeks a Captain to uphold the highest quality standards for the F&B operations in bars. You will develop and maintain the highest standard of quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of service.

You will assist in preparation, table setup, ensure proper handling of equipment, and provide friendly, excellent service while maintaining cleanliness and timely guest service.
