Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Bar Manager - IndoPersian to join the resort s Food amp Beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards of service and positive morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to maintain optimal par levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus ensuring alignment with current trends and guest preferences.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly and effectively to uphold guest satisfaction and the establishment s reputation.
