Bar Assistant (Developmental)

Summary This position is located at the RAF Croughton Crown Pub. This is a developmental position to allow training and experience to meet Bartender requirements. Regularly scheduled Friday nights, but may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Off-Duty Military Applicants must submit an AF 3902 Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds Requires a physical examination Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and Dram Shop Responsibilities Assignments become progressively more difficult until the full performance level is reached. Operates service bars. Serves beer, soda and wine. Serves patrons directly or delivers to waiter. Receives payment, operates cash register, and makes and returns change to patrons or waiter. Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff or uses proper premixes and garnishes Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
