The Mansion Hotel and Spa is seeking a dynamic and passionate Banquets Manager who can lead a team of conference and events staff to deliver exceptional guest service. ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Banquets Manager must be available to work over a 7 day roster, particularly nights and weekends, and is responsible for:

• Managing the Conference & Events teams including recruitment and training of staff in C & E service
• Preparing rosters in accordance with budgets
• Supervising and coordinating shifts
• Ensuring superior food and beverage  service is provided to all guests
