Banquet Supervisor

Responsibilities

Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. Oversee all aspects of a banquet or event, including set‑up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous 3‑5 years experience in managing high volume Banqueting operations at the highest quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and long hours.
• A flair for creativity and entrepreneurship.
