Banquet & Events Lead Cook

Singapore Recreation Club is seeking a kitchen professional to manage daily F&B operations across SRC outlets, banquets, and events. You will assist the Executive Chef in organizing and preparing functions while upholding high hygiene and quality standards.

You will lead a team, ensure mise en place, follow standardized recipes, and collaborate with service staff to deliver memorable dining experiences. Culinary certification and 2–3 years in F&B are required.
