Banquet & Catering Chef - Luxury Events Leader

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Banquet & Catering Chef to lead the full culinary operation for all banquet events, conferences, weddings and outside catering, ensuring menus, buffets, plated service and live stations reflect Rosewood’s luxury style.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, coordinate high‑volume production, train teams, maintain HACCP compliance, and uphold impeccable standards for every guest experience.
