Banking Contact Center Agent — Onsite (Temporary)

LanceSoft Middle East invites applications for a Contact Center Agent position in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is a temporary onsite contract (3 to 4 months) with immediate joiner requirements and 6 days per week work pattern.

Banking or financial services exposure and digital banking support knowledge are preferred. Candidate will handle calls, resolve issues, navigate CRM and telephony platforms, communicate fluently in English and Arabic, and maintain customer satisfaction during peak volumes
