Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour or £14.80 per hour depending on service
Contract: Zero-hours
Working pattern: Variable hours (24-hour rota)
Location: North, West & South London

We are recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our established Carebank team across our London services. We are looking for committed individuals who can positively engage with children and young people and are passionate about improving life chances, even in challenging circumstances.

Successful candidates will provide flexible staff cover across our residential services, including:
• Children’s Homes – providing day-to-day care for young people aged 12–18
• 16+ Semi-Independent Services – supporting older young people to develop life skills and prepare for independence
