Vacancy Description
- Provide HR support and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR matters such as talent acquisition, benefits and learning & development, performance management, compliance and the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives
- Hands-on to handle the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations, Payroll and Budgeting and Third Party Outsourced Vendors
- Responsible for the monthly payroll and leave processing and the annual income tax filing with the outsourced service provider independently
- To register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to employee inquiries
- Manage the Annual Renewal of Medical insurance and Payroll Services which includes performing the due diligence, negotiation of rates for the payroll services and staff medical insurances and full evaluation of the service provider services
