Static within the Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Team at St Helier Hospital. The caseload is trauma, primarily # NOF rehabilitation with some involvement with the repatriation of major trauma patients from SGH. Our Hip Fracture Unit at St Helier Hospital is nationally recognised to be the best performing hip fracture unit in the London area for the last 10 consecutive years and in the top 5% of the UK. ESTH's Fractured Neck of Femur Pathway has received national acclaim and recognition; the physiotherapy team are a vital part of this pathway. A prioritised 7 day service is offered, ensuring all patients are offered rehabilitation from day 1 post op.

Main duties of the job
This post involves regularly contributing to the prioritised 7 day service through rostered weekends.
