We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our established Dementia Crisis Support Team (DCST) serving the communities of Basildon, Brentwood and Thurrock.

The Team provides crisis assessment and intervention for people experiencing a deterioration in cognition, behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, carer breakdown, or changes in physical health that place them at risk of hospital admission. The team offers comprehensive assessment and support for up to six weeks and works collaboratively with local partners to ensure individuals receive the right care at the right time.
