About The Role:

Responsible for managing and driving Bancassurance sales performance through effective execution of sales strategies, strong engagement with partner bank branches, and close monitoring of sales

activities to achieve production targets aligned with the Company’s profitability and sustainable

growth objectives.

Act as a key link between strategic direction and on-ground execution by leading the team, strengthening collaboration with bank partners, and ensuring consistent delivery of business outcomes including productivity, penetration, and service excellence.
