Position Summary:
T he Field Sales Technician( part time) position , is a caring, customer service-oriented role with a demonstrable passion for helping people with hearing loss. This is an in-the-field position that brings the opportunity to individually train our customers in using ClearCaptions equipment and service to effectively enrich their lives.
As a Field Sales Technician for ClearCaptions, you must enjoy working with a variety of people in their homes , mostly senior citizens. This is a part-time position working 20- 30 hours per week for those who enjoy and excel when working independently.
This is an in-field position based out of a home office and reports to a Business Development Manager.
What you will do:
+ Setup and troubleshoot ClearCaptions’ devices at our customers’ homes.
+ Courteously train customers on how to use ClearCaptions’ devices...
