We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bakery Senior CDP to manage a key section in the bakery and ensure high standards in daily production. This role is perfect for someone with strong baking knowledge and leadership qualities who thrives in a structured highvolume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of a bakery station and lead its daily operations.

Prepare and bake a variety of breads viennoiseries and specialty items.

Ensure consistency in quality portioning and presentation.

Train and guide junior bakers and commis.

Monitor mise en place baking times and proofing processes.

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance).

Support the Bakery Sous Chef in stock control and workflow planning.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
