Responsibilities
- Cake decorating with both piping and fondant and ensuring cake looks high quality attention to detail and exactly same as customer order
- Craft and innovate a diverse range of baked goods including artisanal cakes, creams, chocolate tempering, baking cake sponge, macarons, cookies, pastries, and confections, ensuring each item meets the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Develop and test new recipes, adjusting ingredients and techniques to achieve desired flavors and textures while maintaining consistency in production
- Manage inventory of baking supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste through effective stock management and ordering processes
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling to maintain an efficient and motivated team
- Follow municipality standards, procedures, and knowledge of how to use app CHECKED
