Job Responsibilities
- Mix, shape, proof, and bake artisan breads and sourdoughs.
- Manage doughs, bulk fermentation, and cold proofing schedules.
- Weigh, measure, and prep ingredients.
- Assist in creating new recipes; knowledge of sourdough and long fermentation a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced early‑morning environment.
- Shift starts at 3:00 am, 6‑day work week.
