We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in El-Ain.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes.
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
- Decorate baked goods with glazes, icings, or other toppings.
- Clean work area and equipment after each use.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and measurements.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Creativity in developing new baked goods.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
