Backroom Merchandising Lead, Retail Ops

Sierra Store at TJX Companies is seeking team-oriented associates to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help manage truck deliveries, train staff, ensure correct tagging and placement of merchandise, and maintain backroom organization in a fast-paced retail setting.

Strong communication, multi-tasking abilities, and flexibility to work nights/weekends are required. 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience preferred.
