Backoffice Specialist (Xico)

This position is part of the Sales Operations team at Fever, a leading technology platform for culture and live entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Management of the internal Back Office system.
• Creation and management of all plans that enter the platform.
• Weekly control of database queries to ensure correct performance of plans.
• Coordination with different teams to carry out necessary changes in marketplace configuration and experiences.
• Maintenance and management of API integrations.
• Monitor and keep the content of the Fever marketplace updated.
• Attend weekly meetings with various departments.
