Back Office Lead - Mexico

Job Characteristics: Plans and directs the activities and strategy for the group of Back Office Mexico. Responsible for the management of procedures, improvement and digital solutions to sales and administration, while meeting company objectives for service levels, quality and time framework.
Education/Work Experience: Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field study and ten or more years in administrational processes or finance and supervisory experience.
Independence Level/Reports to: Director Sales Operational Excellence.
