We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative eager to grow within the IMS field.

• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Master the digital tools required to efficiently carry out commercial administrative tasks.
• Handle customer phone support.
• Provide support to the Front Office team.
• Prepare quotations and offers.
• Process orders based on approved quotations.
• Manage incidents and customer claims.

This position is for you if you have

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate or higher vocational training qualification.
• Knowledge of the electrical sector.
