Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is hiring a Back Office Operations Associates to support back-office processing within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with documentation, and able to meet daily productivity targets within strict service-level timelines.
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on processing transactions, reviewing account documentation, managing tickets, and supporting internal business teams. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures.
