The Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of commercial and domestic coffee machines. The role ensures seamless operation of equipment by performing diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, replacing parts, and providing excellent customer support.

The technician plays a key role in minimising equipment downtime and maintaining service quality standards and will report directly to the Supervisor

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 1. Installation & Setup Install and commission commercial and domestic coffee machines at customer sites. Calibrate grinders, boilers, and extraction systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide product training to customers on basic use and maintenance. 2.
