The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales, processes, systems, and solutions. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
You Have
- 2+ years of Operations Training experience, with a focus on Sales. - Experience training classes of 30+ new hires. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level). - Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level technical staff - Demonstrated advanced problem-solving and analytical skills - Exceptional sales skills and the ability to translate them into impactful training programs...
