B2B Sales Representative

Role Overview: Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing our B2B site, which is our key wholesale sales tool, and to create a commercial hub with our wholesale customers. Generating sales through effective Telesales and excellent communication skills are essential to the role. The role will also provide administration and project support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Content editing of B2B site to update products on all categories & daily health check to ensure pricing, stocks etc. is aligned with Microsoft AX. Customer order assessment on the website and project to grow sales via customer plan. Manage and grow monthly new titles by assessing what customers have not ordered through system information. Daily telesales plan for priority customers to increase sales of both books and non-books. Be well informed on all new titles, products etc. to be able to communicate with customer.
