We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing training solutions business, helping us scale further as demand continues to grow.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through new business generation and account management.

Sell Mitie's training solutions by providing high‑quality, value‑for‑money rmendations to customers.

Conduct business development predominantly via telephone, Teams, and Zoom.

Make warm calls to both new prospects and existing customers.

Generate new leads and build your own sales patch.

Develop and manage client relationships, including key account management.

Provide clear information, advice, and guidance to help clients select the right training solutions.

£25k–£30k basic salary with£50k–£60k Year 1 OTE.
