- Support the organization of routines for client implementation, including deadlines, outstanding items, follow-ups, and next steps for engagement and communication activities.
- Help organize and update client information, materials, and data.
- Assist in creating and adapting communication plans and materials, taking into account the client profile, target audiences, and available channels.
- Support client inquiries and assist clients throughout their journey, always under the guidance of the team.
- Assist in reviewing materials, links, presentations, and communication flows before they are sent.
