A global professional services company is currently seeking mulitple Azure Devops Engineers with strong AKS experience. Intially 6 month contracts likely to go permanent after.
Responsibilities:
- Create new DevOps Pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Manage deployment & approval gates & PRs
- Troubleshoot deployments
- Risk mitigation of deployments (ie avoid downtime across the SDLC)
- Securing AKS workloads & managed identity (connection string avoidance & configuring Azure permissions)
Key Skills / Experience
- +3 years Azure Devops Experince
- Strong AKS experience
- Strong Terraform skills
- Understand AKS deployment strategies (rolling etc)
- Helm & Kustomize
- Management of secrets and service principals
- Observability - Azure Monitor / Splunk.
- Basic networking
- Platform engineering adoption - ie be able to facilitate knowledge sharing and support teams ...
