Candidates will advise on contract negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution while embedded within client contracting teams. This role requires strong knowledge of federal and state laws governing procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on contract formation and negotiation processes
• Navigate government procurement, including bid protests
• Counsel clients on compliance with FAR, DFARS regulations
• Support state and local government contract actions

Requirements:
