AWS Real Estate Counsel – Leases & Development

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a talented commercial real estate lawyer to join its Legal Counsel team to support AWS, focusing on land acquisitions, leases, zoning entitlement work and serviced licenses worldwide.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, and advise internal business clients while contributing to process improvements within the team and handling pre-litigation matters as needed.
