Role Overview

We are looking to hire an Mid Level AWS Engineer to join our team, supporting a growing portfolio of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, cloud data platforms, and enterprise integrations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our Amazon Connect platform, AWS-based applications, cloud data solutions, and integrations that support business operations and analytics.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with a strong technical foundation in AWS cloud services, Python development, and system integration. You will work across customer engagement technologies, cloud platform, data platforms, and automation, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
