In this senior role, you'll manage and develop a profitable book of business, overseeing Accident & Health products including AD&D and Occupational Accident. You will strengthen distribution relationships and directly collaborate with Programs and Managing General Agents to ensure sustained growth. Your entrepreneurial mindset will help scale the Accident insurance segment within Everest's comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead underwriting and portfolio management for A&H product lines
• Drive growth through strategic partnerships with Programs and MGAs
• Underwrite new business and renewals while negotiating terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Provide superior customer service to brokers and MGAs
