**Position Summary**

The Assistant Vice President, Executive Recruiting is responsible for leading the enterprise executive recruiting function and developing a best-in-class executive search strategy that enables the organization to attract, engage, and hire world-class leadership talent. This leader serves as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, HR Leadership Team, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, and senior business executives, ensuring executive hiring aligns with enterprise strategy, succession planning priorities, and long-term business objectives.
