Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Governance & Process Excellence

• Transition the organization from operational project tracking to a mature program governance model.
• Design and enforce standardized delivery lifecycle frameworks (from ideation to deployment).
• Optimize enterprise agile tools (e.g., Jira workflows) to automate tracking, reduce cycle times, and build a scalable tracking architecture, moving away from manual operational reporting.

Strategic Resource & Capacity Optimization

• Direct the overarching capacity planning strategy for technical and delivery teams.
• Analyse man-day utilization trends and resource metrics to identify inefficiencies, optimize allocation, and maximize ROI across all integration initiatives.
