AVP-Head of B2B Strategy & Insight

Role Purpose:

Lead the B2B Strategy & Insight function by driving strategy formulation, business performance management, KPI governance, market and competitive intelligence, insight (internal and external) and translating them to strategic transformation office (TO) activities.

The role is responsible for translating corporate strategy into executable business plans, monitoring strategic initiatives, ensuring KPI achievement, and translating market and customer insight into clear strategic choices, and orchestrating execution through transformation-office-style function.

The role holder shall be comfortable to act as a key thought partner on growth, competitiveness, and long‑term direction of B2B.
