AVP Formulary Strategy — Enterprise Impact & Leadership

AffirmedRx is seeking a seasoned formulary leader to steer the organization’s formulary strategy and governance. You will partner across teams to align architecture with financial and regulatory objectives, and guide the P&T Committee with evidence-based decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in formulary management or managed care, PharmD, and leadership experience in PBMs or health plans. Travel 20–25% is expected.
