AVP-Deposit Operations

Position Summary

Provides administrative assistance withthe deposit operations for the bank. It is critical that tasks are performed ina timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory requirements anddepartment procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Horizon (core)- Deposit RelatedApplications, Relationship Management, Deposit Origination (DO), TellerCapture, Security and On-Line Account Opening.

·CSI (deposit compliance documentation)

·Smart Sign (collecting signatureselectronically)

·FCM-- Document Imaging (customer/depositdocumentation)

·Image Centre (statements; item images)

·Cash Manager (movement of IntraFiNetwork (Promontory) CDARS/ICS accounts and Reiche & Tang DDM transactions)
