AVP- Corporate Trust Client Services Manager - Structured Finance

We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of AVP Corporate Trust Client Services Manager – Structured Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own, build and manage a medium‑size portfolio of Structured Finance client relationships and further develop your understanding and knowledge of transactions with different structures/features. This includes performing regular client service reviews.
• Provide support to clients on a variety of tasks by acting as the central point of contact for each Structured Debt transaction for the Issuer Services business.
• Ensure that Issuer Services undertakes its contractual obligations in a timely and accurate manner for each Structured Finance transaction.
• Build strong customer relationships ensuring that Issuer Services requirements are fully understood by the client.
